Bring your own lock, pull as close as you need to load, and go in on your own schedule. Same day move in is often possible, subject to availability.

Before you rent

Have these ready and you are in

Nothing here is a hurdle. This is just what we need to get your agreement signed, your gate code issued and your unit handed over.

  • A valid photo ID

We need it to complete your rental agreement.

  • A payment method

Card or bank details for the secure tenant portal.

  • Your email and mobile number

So we can reach you about your unit and your account.

  • A sturdy disc lock

Bring your own padlock so only you hold the key. A disc lock suits a roll-up door best.

  • Registration for a vehicle, trailer or boat

Anything parked in the outdoor lot should be registered, insured and in operable condition.

  • A short list of your biggest items

Tell us about the sofa, the mattress, the 20 foot boat, and we will point you to a size that actually fits.

Prefer to do it in person? The office is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm at 336 Park Ave in Basalt, and your gate code works around the clock from day one.
